We got creative and made a serviceable installation by installing 95% efficient Prestige boiler outside boiler room, and simplified the jumble of old piping. We again used Tekmar TN2 control system which adds to system efficiency and increased comfort level throughout the home. Note the barrier bolted to the floor to protect the boiler.

We replaced conventional boilers with one Triangle Tube Prestige boiler boasting 95% efficiency, Tekmar TN2 control system, with thermostats that learn the heating and cooling characteristics of their space. We painted the room and even installed the lights!

Confusion & Chaos reigned in this dark mechanical room with very low ceiling, dubbed "The Dungeon". System was nearly impossible to service and repair.

Wall space is simply wasted in this installation. Very poor wiring and the control was not correct for radiant heat.

This two-boiler installation wasn't heating a beautiful log home near Breckenridge. Service and repair were nearly impossible!

Triangle Prestige condensing boiler replaced two conventional cast iron boilers. The Prestige boiler is 90% efficient with EnergyStar Approval. Note we even painted the mechanical room walls to brighten up this space.
